Where we currently deliver
Physical prints, wooden framed prints and wrapped canvas are currently available for delivery in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia only. This focused delivery model allows us to provide reliable production, delivery estimates and customer support in the markets we serve with physical artwork.
Framed prints are not available for delivery to Canada. Customers in Canada can order any size as an unframed print or as wrapped canvas.
Shipping is included on physical orders to the United States and the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Worldwide printable files
Every MAPVIE design is also available as a custom printable file for customers worldwide. Design your map, choose your size, and receive a high-resolution, print-ready file by email within 24 hours.
A printable-file order is digital only. No physical print, frame or canvas is shipped.
Where your artwork is made
MAPVIE collaborates with world-class print labs located in Pittsburgh (USA), London (UK), Toronto (Canada) and Melbourne (Australia) to produce high-quality, made-on-demand artwork tailored to your design.
Most orders are produced in the country they are delivered to. A limited number of sizes for Canada and Australia are produced in the United Kingdom and shipped internationally.
Processing time
All products are custom-made to order and typically require 2–4 business days for production before shipping.

Part of the shipping cost is included in the product price. The remainder is calculated from your order value and shown at checkout in your own currency, before you pay.
Available: unframed prints and wrapped canvas. Framed prints are not available for Canada.
Australia
Carrier: Australia Post Express
Delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipping

General shipping rules
• Careful packaging. All prints are carefully wrapped for optimal protection during shipping. Posters and prints are shipped rolled in cardboard tubes, while canvases and framed prints are shipped flat in protective packaging.
• Tracking. A tracking number will be provided, but tracking availability may vary by country.
• Delivery times. Delivery times depend on the destination and local postal services. Delays may occur due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
• Gifts. Orders can be shipped to gift addresses, and a complimentary gift card with a personalized note can be included: write your note in the box on the cart page, before you check out.
• Customs & import taxes. Orders delivered within the United States and the United Kingdom are produced and shipped locally, so import duties are not expected. Where an order is shipped internationally to Canada or Australia, any customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges are the responsibility of the buyer. MAPVIE is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
